Tenancy and Condominium ownership law
Tenancy and property law
This area of law includes, among other things, cases of rent reduction and retention rights in the event of defects, claims for the rectification of defects, claims for damages by tenants in the event of a defect caused by the landlord or delay in rectifying defects, claims for reimbursement of expenses by the landlord, rent increases, operating cost statements and audits, ordinary and extraordinary terminations of tenancies and the implementation of modernization measures in accordance with legal requirements. Owners of condominiums are also members of a condominium association, whose relationships with each other are set out in the Condominium Act (WEG). The WEG regulates in detail the procedure, quorum and decision-making at owners' meetings. These meetings are called at least once a year by the administrator, and the decisions made are recorded in writing and archived. Our law firm offers a wide range of services. These include advice on all questions relating to tenancy agreements. We support you in the preparation, adaptation and review of tenancy agreements, property purchase agreements and other legal documents. We also clarify the rights and obligations of homeowners' associations in accordance with the Condominium Act. In addition, we offer support to property management companies in legal matters and challenges relating to rental properties.
