About Reza Ghaziaskar
I was born in Isfahan in 1988 and immigrated to Germany with my family in 1996. After graduating from high school, I studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn and, upon successfully completing my studies, passed the so-called first state examination. This was followed by my legal clerkship from 2016 to 2018, which I completed at my home court, the Regional Court of Cologne. In 2018, I passed the so-called second state examination.
I have been a licensed attorney since 2019 and initially worked as such at a renowned law firm in Cologne as a salaried employee. In 2022, I founded my own law firm in Cologne, the most beautiful cathedral city.
As an attorney, my goals are to handle my clients’ matters to the best of my ability, to alleviate their concerns as much as possible, and, ideally, to resolve disputes before they arise. To achieve this, it is important to listen to one another and take the time needed to do so.
About André Thiele
I was born in Giessen in 1992 and began my law studies at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn in 2012.
I first met Attorney Ghaziaskar—who was a legal clerk at the time—back in 2017 while we were working together in the legal department of the City of Wesseling. After passing my first state examination and specializing in business and competition law, I successfully completed my studies in 2021.
After various placements as a legal clerk in the Cologne Higher Regional Court district, I passed the second state examination in 2026. That same year, I first worked as a research assistant and eventually as a licensed attorney at per | lex.
About Joseph Schnitzler
I was born in Cologne in 1951. After finishing school, I first completed an apprenticeship as a high-voltage electrician. Following my apprenticeship, I earned my high school diploma through adult education. From 1975 to 1980, I studied law in Bonn and Cologne, and then completed my legal clerkship from 1981 to 1984.
Immediately afterward, in 1984, I founded my own law firm. From 1984 to 1986, I also held a teaching position in private construction law at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences. In addition, I am a member of the German Bar Association and its Construction Law Working Group.
I am very pleased that a young team is continuing my work at this location.
